My hacked WhatsApp account

My WhatsApp account was hacked and been used by the hacker to ask contacts for money through my name I carry a 14 promax and I can't retrieve my account cuz the hacker keep asking for verification code to block me as long as possible

It also helped the hacker break into my I cloud account. I seriously can’t take much more nor can I financially afford it. I believe my account has been compromised. What can I do? My account has been hacked and I've been dealing with this for over 3 years. Somehow they are able to circumvent any security settings. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

WhatsApp is not an Apple app, so this is not an Apple issue.
