Hello!
I recently ran into an issue with my new Airpod Pro 2s. When opening and closing the case for them it makes a noise, which I know should be able to be turned off with the Enable Case Charging Sounds setting, if I'm not mistaken. However, the setting does not show up at all. I have read about issues of it being greyed out and unable to move, however, the setting isn't there.

We see that you have listed an iPhone 14 here as well. Is this the device they are connected to? If so, does your iPhone need updating to iOS 17.0.2? Do you have a recent backup for the data in your iPhone in iCloud or your computer? If not, we recommend that you create one as described here: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Then update your iOS as outlined here: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
