Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider replace the battery for you. When they do so, you will also get a brand new Top Case Assembly which includes the palmrest, keyboard, trackpad, Touchbar, Speakers, and battery.

The quality of third party Lithium batteries are extremely poor even when purchased from a reputable vendor such as OWC or iFixIt. Plus it is a lot of work to replace the battery yourself since the Logic Board must be removed. There are a lot of very fragile easily damaged cables & connectors involved. These forums are full of posts where the user accidentally damaged their laptop during the battery replacement and even more posts where the third party battery was having issues.

I will always choose an original OEM battery whenever they are available because that is how poor the third party Lithium batteries are. Only Apple has access to the OEM battery. Even if someone is selling what appears to be an OEM battery, it is likely one Apple rejected for quality reasons, or it is an outright fake.
