Severe distortion of faces in background of photos

Dear community,

At a soccer game, I took some photos of the scenery at the stadium with my iPhone 14 Pro. When I looked at the pictures today, I almost got a heart attack. My second thought was calling the ghost busters - all faces of the people in the back look like they’re demons from ****. Check my attachments… Can somebody tell me that I’m actually not seeing people from limbo, please?
