You probably can't.
Find My might display a "Last Known Location", but this can only occur within 24 hours of the phone being turned off, assuming Find My could "see" the phone before that time.
If the phone displays as "Offline" in Find My, the phone has been powered off more than 24 hours, the battery has run down, or the phone does not have a connection to the Internet where it is currently located.
In cases like this, you have to be realistic......there is about a zero chance that you will ever see the phone again.
