Emails to hidden Apple ID not being forwarded

Please help me retrieve emails sent to my once off computer generated Apple ID hidden email account

Hi Mandymoo1,

It would appear you're referring to Hide My Email addresses as described in What is Hide My Email? From that article:

"How Hide My Email works

Hide My Email generates unique, random email addresses that automatically forward to your personal inbox."

Any messages sent to these created addresses are forwarded to your Apple ID email account. If you need to find one of these messages, check your Apple ID account, trash, junk mail, spam folder, etc. If the message is not in any of those locations then it may have been permanently deleted or filtered as junk and cleared before delivery. In either case access of such messages would not be possible if no longer associated with your account.

Thank you for your reply but that’s not exactly it.

I don’t know how to access the emails from other people to this computer generated private.appleid email address. The only emails that will forward are the ones from the app developer. The problem is that any clients that use this email and respond independently from that app I can’t locate as they aren’t being forwarded. For instance: I send an email to it as a test and it doesn’t forward.
