I have set up my voicemail already. But if anyone calls me it says “I’m sorry but the person you are trying to reach has a voicemail box that hasn’t been set up yet”. I have never received a voicemail!? why is this happening?

If Voicemail is Not Working:
They do not have the service of Voicemail, and apparently you don't either. Voicemail is a service --not a privilege. So, have yourself and these other prson contact the pertaining Carrier. See if it can be activated.
