Hi ntalo,

The following article has the steps that will help if you see the Restore screen on your iPhone: If the Restore screen appears on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Connect to your computer
Connect your device to your computer using the cable that came with your device. Don't disconnect your device from your computer.

2. Restart your device
For iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.

Regards.

Hi ntalo,

If you have completed those step exactly as listed while the iPhone is already connected to the computer and not able to proceed or restore the software, then having the device inspected for possible service would be your next option. Visit Find Locations to identify authorized service providers near you that can assist with that step.

It may be worth trying that process using a different cable and a different computer to ensure it's not possible to otherwise restore the software before seeking service.

Regards.
