I got this phone 4 days ago and i verified it's original (on apple support) and i got a new power adapter as well and by the packaging you could tell it was original i guess. But when i was charging my phone now it gave me 3 electric shocks from the metal surrounding the cameras and ring/silent switch on the side (these were the only metal parts exposed on the iphone)
Should i go back to my retailer or is this a common issue?
Bring it back to the retailer, including your USB cable and adapter, and let them check your device.

According to the first article my cable is authentic and the power adapter too. So i think it just might be static electricity. I tried touching the metal parts again and nothing happened. Thank you
