Carplay fullscreen fiat 500x

You will have to take that up with Fiat. They would need to update the head unit in the car if such an update is available.

I have the same problem, only with the car Fiat 500 Cinquecento.

The car has a 7-inch display that supports Apple Carplay, but in fact the user gets a smaller 5-inch display with black inserts on the sides and a Uconnect control panel that really spoils the whole experience...

This does not critically affect the operation of Apple Carplay (although sometimes it crashes during operation), but it greatly affects the user experience.

It is difficult to understand why Android phones connect to the Uconnect system without problems, and our favorite Apple equipment does not have such an opportunity.

I know that this problem occurs not only in Fiat cars, but also in other cars that use the Uconnect system (Jeep, Dodge and others)

I contacted Fiat and unfortunately there are no updates. Somehow someone did this crooked programming

I'm trying to figure out whose side the problem is.

Is it a development problem on the part of Uconnect or is it a problem of software adaptation from Apple.

Or at least to hear the opinion of why this situation happened

I don't understand why this could be a problem and it's exhausting
