Just go my MacBook Air M2 two days ago. Open two pages document, Find and Replace not working. Please help.
If I open one pages document, the Find and Replace function works.

I just opened a single-page and 179-page Pages documents in Pages v13.2 on macOS Sonoma 14.0. I merged these into tabs. Pages supports Find/Replace on the selected document, but not across multiple open documents, and I had no issue applying Find/Replace in the 179-page document.
