AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT ORDER NOT PLACED

Yesterday on 28th of September I was ordering an I Pad Pro 11 inch costing Rs76900 from the official apple website.

When I paid the amount through UPI ,order wasn't placed even after receiving notification from the bank of successful payment of Rs76900 to the Apple India Pvt.

I am very anxious about it as the amount is very big and the university offer is ending on 2 October.

When I went to the bank officials they said that I should wait for automatic refund from bank for at least 48 hour and if the refund is not credited within 48 hours then they will register my complaint.

And when I try to contacting apple officials they demanded for purchase Order ID,and I haven't the same because the order wasn't confirmed from the apple side.

So,Plzz anyone help me out to get my refund.

I shall be highly grateful to you for this emergency help🙏

The Apple Support Community is a user-to-user technical forum. Contributors here are all end-users, just like you. We have absolutely no access to your order history - and can do nothing to help you with resolving issues with order that you may have placed with Apple.

Other than the site Moderators, Apple neither monitor nor participate within this Community.
