Earpiece Speaker

My earpiece speaker stop working for a while now. But my sensor work. Anytime playing music I only hear it from the bottom speaker not the top one. What can you do to help me?

It could be dirty.

Try to gently clean it using a strong flashlight, a wooden toothpick, a soft brush and... a bit of patience.

If the issue persists, and if you're sure that in Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual the audio balance slider is in the middle (from left to right), make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
