I need your help

so my storage is almost full and I want to clear it up because I need the new ios and I see that apps is taking a lot of it ( sorry if the phone is in Spanish ) and I use capcut to edit my videos and tiktok to entertain myself but I really need to clear this storage so can you give me any tips please?
