Signal and wifi/cellular status missing from top of screen after 17.0 update 13 Pro coming off Standby Mode

Greetings, on my iPhone 13 Pro after updating to IOS 17.0 then to 17.0.1 I notice the signal bar and the WiFi/Cellular indicators are missing from the top right of the screen, when launching an app they reappear only to disappear again when going back to the main screen, this only happens when taking the iPhone off of Standby Mode where it was overnight.

I can restart the iPhone to "fix" this only to have it happen a couple of days later coming off Standby Mode.
