I’m trying to see the running balance after each purchase as I think there might be an issue. Is there any way to see a statement of activity displayed like a banking statement?

Apple Pay can only show what your bank makes available in your Wallet on iPhone. If you’re not seeing what you want to see, your bank is not sharing that information.
Oh, right, I’m sorry, I was referring to Apple Pay in general. It shows transactions but not balances after the transaction. I was trying to see if there is an option that I’m not aware of, that will supply this level of detail.
Are you wanting the running balance on your Apple Card Mastercard account? If not, what account?
