Shortcut bar on iphone

Whenever I tap and hold with 3 fingers on my iPhone, it brings up a shortcut bar. I play a game where it completely obstructs my vision, is there any way to get rid of it or am I just gonna have to not be able to play the game?? It’s incredibly annoying.
