I need to update my MG6620 canon on my apple computer

The Canon MG6620 is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting Apple's AirPrint technology. This means that at least macOS network printing (with the printer and a Mac computer connected to the same Wi-Fi router) should not require an additional driver. There is an AirPrint guide from Canon UK for similar models (such as the MG6650).

Check that your printer has the latest firmware.
