No longer have Apple TV+ or my Watch list as of the ios17 update. Confirmed I still have One Premier

Since the ios17 update, I have lost my apple+ subscription on all my devices (iphone, ipad, desktop, all apple tvs). I can't even access my watch list anymore. I still have an active subscription for One Premier which it even tells me when I select to sign up for it again. It’s not working. I keep signing in and endless loop continues. This has been going on since 9/28/2023 3:30 am
