Who told you that?

An iPhone cannot change your iCloud password from the iPhone without human intervention.

This means that either someone had physical access to your iPhone.

If other people have access to your iPhone or other Apple device, change the device passcode and never share it with others.

  • Create a strong password for your Apple ID, It is best if your password consists of eight or more characters and include upper and lowercase letters, and at least one number. You can also add extra characters and punctuation marks to make your password even stronger.
  • Never provide your password, passcode, security questions, verification codes, recovery key or any other account security details to anyone else. Apple will never ask you for this information.

I been told by a neighbor. I also have changed all the things you advised . I had another phone years back that was supposed to be lost . I feel as if they are mirroring my info some how . No the phone has not been jail broken. I also feel that the system is hacked I can look at the iPhones information that shows the analytics and I am no phone geek but It’s page after page of issues as I read through it I share that with apple and I have never heard a word. I feel the phone is hacked and nothing is secure down to banking information. I am on disability and can’t afford a new phone any suggestions
