Printer won't show up on iPad or iPhone

My wife and I each have an iPad and iPhone. She prints wirelessly without a problem. All of a sudden my two devices can't print. I go into the print menu, select the printer, then I get the spinning "star"(see screenshot) and the printer name disappears. Can anyone help?

Hi Tammanyman,

The site Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone or iPad outlines the instructions and requirements for using AirPrint from your iPhone or iPad.

You must be on the same Wi-Fi network as the printer for this function to work. You may also need to install the app for the printer to configure that service or check with the printer manufacturer for further instructions. Connect an AirPrint printer to a Wi-Fi network mentions "This general information isn't specific to any particular AirPrint printer. For detailed steps, check the printer's documentation or contact the printer's manufacturer. All Wi-Fi printers need a properly configured Wi-Fi network and the name (or SSID) and password of that network."

Regards.
