iMessage contact green
When attempting to send iMessage to neighbor with iphone, to: comes up green and will not sent. Neighbor is able to initiate contact but not me.

Hello Ironspud,
It sounds like your neighbor may not be using iMessage on their iPhone. If their messages show up in a green bubble, then these are text messages. iMessages show up in blue bubbles.

Your neighbor would need to sign in to iMessage on their iPhone. You could share this with them: Set up Messages on iPhone
