So I’ve contacted Apple support so that I may run a diagnostics test on my iPhone but when I follow the instructions to get to the diagnostics with Apple support it won’t give me the option to run a diagnostics test.

I figured it out. I have a VPN on my phone so it prevented me from accessing the diagnostics test; I believe it’s a security feature that prevents others from accessing my information.

That's something you'd need to discuss with Apple Support.
