I am having some issues with Sonora.
my icloud acct needs to have the terms & conditions updated however it gets locked in a wheel of death & i have to force quit.

I have read reports on this site that you can log into iCloud.com on a Mac or anything else using your Apple ID, and accept the T&C from there.
I have never encountered that problem myself, but try it. If it doesn't work I may have other ideas.
