Is anyone else having iPhone 15 Pro Max overheating?

When on the phone talking with someone or when on speaker phone, the entire back of the iPhone heats up. It happened with all 4 of the phones I bought just last week. It becomes so hot that can barely hold it. I took a temp reading of the back and it read 101.0. This is crazy and not safe. I bought 2 for my elderly parents. My dad dropped the phone (luckily it landed on the sofa).

Is there a fix?
