If the issue is the chip getting the phone replaced wouldn’t do anything. Same chip. You would need to wait for an iOS update that addresses it to be released. If you’re assuming the issue is due to the chip based on articles out there even they point out that an update would need to be released that would throttle the chip. Personally haven’t experienced the faster than normal drain that occurs with new device release and new iOS (indexing, etc). Definitely nothing as extreme as some have mentioned. Normal use and by the time I put it on the charger for a little while at night I think the lowest it’s been is 38%

The problem is that there is a spike in the voltage and that is causing what I feel the drain

I charged to 80% and by afternoon it’s around 30%

this is using Maps, music a little, on 5G and WiFi, a bit of scrolling through social media and that’s pretty much it

nothing out of the ordinary

never had this on the 14 Pro

Definitely not the reason

I use the normal cable and still it drains fast

it is something to do with the chip

I got my phone replaced and yet it happens
