Fitbit Bluetooth connection problems

I have an iPhone 10XS running IOS 17.02. My Fitbit Charge 5 will not connect to my iPhone. It will, however, connect to an older IPhone 8. I’ve tried everything Fitbit support has recommended. Can someone help?

If you can't connect your FitBit to your iPhone via Bluetooth, make sure you've worked through all the steps in this support article to see if they resolve the issue for you: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If the issue persists and you're able to connect other Bluetooth accessories without any issues, you'll want to continue working with FitBit's support team to find a solution.
