Switch option between Profiles on Safari disappears

Hi there, I am noticing an inconsistent behavior when switching between profiles: if you have some open tabs, the "Switch to <profile-name> Window" option in the profile dropdown disappears!

By opening just 1 window, the switch button appears just like normal.. (It is easy to switch between different options such as 2. UNI or 3. WORK etc.)

After opening only two new tabs, the button totally disappears, preventing me from switching between profiles again. This is really inconvenient.

I'm not sure what to do. Is this a setting issue or does it seem like a bug?
