Freestyle and Dexcom problems

I have not been able to use my iPhone to get readings from either Freestyle Libre or the Dexcom glucose monitor system for about a month. The app for both systems have been messed up by the recent updates. FIX THIS APPLE!!!! You are playing with the health of millions who use continuous glucose monitors to control their diabetes.

Depending on how these ads are not working with your iPhone, here are some resources that might help.

If these apps are supposed to connect to the Health app, ensure it is set up correctly by following Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

If you are not getting the information from or to the app, check your privacy settings by following Change your privacy settings on Apple devices.

If the apps are not responding as expected, follow If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.
