so where are you in the process...you give no detail.
—try again, wait a few hours/days
—get on a different Network if your download speed is suspect
—try from the App Store
—try from a SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
—try from the Terminal.app
To list the available software updates, use the following command.
sudo softwareupdate -l
