Purchased music won't play
I purchased 5 new songs today, for which I was billed. The songs downloaded fine, but they won't play. I saw many articles advising to re-download, but I don't even get the download icon next to the song!
This is what I did so far:
- Updated iTunes to the latest version
- I had 5 computers authorized, so I deauthorized them all and authorized the one I'm using.
- Closed iTunes and opened again
- Synched my iPod, and though the songs appear in the playlists, the just won't play.
I am using a Windows 11 Dell laptop.
Attached picture: that's how my Purchased look, and there is no download icon next to any of them. However, if I chose "not in my library", the few songs there do have the download icon. Also, I don't understand why they are not in my library!
