After reseting all settings on an iPhone 14 Pro using iOS 17, shouldn’t iOS does not prompt to setup a new alarm ⏰ when setting up the device?

I may be misunderstanding your post. An iPhone never prompts to set up an Alarm as part of setting up a device. There is no requirement to have any alarm set up if you don't want one. If you do want one or more you can do that at any time in the Clock app.

Switching off alarm on iPad Air with iOS 1.3.1 My iPad Air is updated with iOS 15.3.1. I have a strange problem. I have set NO alarm. There is no alarm showing on the Clock>Alarm app either. But an alarm rings every morning at 7:00 am and again at 7:45 am. I have tried disabling it and switching it off. But I have failed, can anyone help me please ?
