How do I get a folder that says “recently deleted” in the note app on my iPhone? I deleted several one’s accidentally and would like to retrieve them as soon as possible.

When you open the Notes app, do you see "< Folders" in the upper left? What happens when you tap that?
There is no recently deleted folder in the note app on my iPhone 13.
Have you actually deleted something? Try to create a note and delete it!
