Just loaded SnapBridge onto my iPad. iPad sits on a magic keyboard so is oriented horizontally. SnapBridge displays vertically. This means it’s sideways on my screen. Rotation is not locked. Is it possible that SnapBridge does not support rotate view? Is it possible the App is that bad? Seems more likely some sort of user error but I can’t find it.

Not all apps support landscape mode. If your iPad's orientation is not locked, and this app does not rotate, then this is an app issue. You'll need to contact the developer to see what they have to say.
