Iphone12 freezes on me

I’m waiting for the box to send my iPhone to Apple for repairs as needed do you know if they will send me a replacement iPhone while my iPhone is being repaired?

iPhone 14 stopped working altogether doing upgrade to 18.1 My phone, plugged into iTunes, and updating to a new iOS version froze. Last night, my iPhone 14 Pro Max completely froze and wouldn’t wake up. It’s so strange because there’s been no drops, no water damage, or anything unusual – it just stopped working overnight. I took it to Apple today, and they told me the motherboard needs to be repaired, and it’s going to cost $1.1K USD to fix. Honestly, that’s such a huge amount that it feels like I’m being told to just throw the phone away and get a new one. 😅 I’m curious – has this happened to anyone else? It feels weird for something like this to happen out of nowhere, especially for a relatively new and well-cared-for phone.
