Can't Add Chime Card to Payment Methods

I have been with Chime Bank for several years. I recently got an iPhone 14, coming from a Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G, and when I try to add my debit card, I get this error. I always type all of my information in right, but I've tried this multiple times and I still can't add it as a payment method. I don't know what else to do other than post on here and hope I get an answer.
