Amount deducted but order not showing.

I ordered iPad Pro and Apple Pencil on student's offer on 30th September 2023, I used UPI payment mode for checkout. The amount is deducted but it was not authorized in the site and no orders are being shown also no mail, SMS regarding the order were received. I called the given number, they said to wait for 7 days if the transaction will be fetched then order will be sent or else money will be returned to the account. I don't have order ID as no order is showing. What to do now? Is my money safe?
