I have iPhone X with malfunctioning screen that was making the phone entering wrong pass code and now it's giving iPhone unavoidable, how do I resolve it?

My screen was malfunctioning by pressing codes even without me sending any command, the phone is now giving iPhone Unavailable, kindly help out.
