How can I go paperless? I do NOT want to receive paper statements in the mail.

Apple Card is by default paperless. The only time you should be receiving paper statements, is if there's an issue with the email account used for your Apple Card and electronic ones cannot be delivered.

Make sure your email address is correct and working.

If you are receiving paper statements for your Apple Card, that means the email address you provided to Goldman Sachs when you applied for the card is rejecting the digital statements they send via email.

From your iPhone, click the following link, then click "Chat in Messages" to chat with an Apple Card Specialist and correct your email address: chat with an Apple Card specialist
