Home App activity history not showing on Apple Silicon MBP

On my Apple Silicon MacBook with Sonoma 14.0 the home activity history button is missing.

History shows as off in the settings and when switching it to One Month it reverts back to off.

It does appear and works fine on my Intel MacBook and my iPhone.

Does anyone else have this issue?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.0
