So it looks much like an iphone 6 but with some differences. Like I want to send some photos from my phone to my computer and when I clicked on mail, it is now wanting me to add my email account? and a bunch of others things that I don't understand like: Incoming mail server host name? outgoing mail server? Not sure what it wants?

Sounds like you may need some help with setting up the phone.
Did you restore the phone from a backup?
