Apple Magic Trackpad Stutter/Lag/Skips on Bluetooth

Ok, so i've got 4 of these I purchased in 2023 in different offices, all paired to my M2 Max MacBook Pro 14". Everyone says they think it's when the battery gets low that the stutter/lag begins, but that's incorrect.

All of mine stutter/lag when at 100%, but it goes away when you plug it directly into the dock or MacBook. This is extremely infuriating.

I had stopped bluetooth service, rebooted, turned trackpad on/off. Nothing. Always the same.

It has to be interference with something, not charge level, because even being plugged in to a charger while using it produces same lag/skip. This only goes away when it's plugged into the Mac.

From searching, I see this has been around for a while. Even on Sonoma, still having the issue. I don't understand how Apple simply cannot fix this problem. Is it faulty hardware for every single Trackpad?
