Buying in App Store with a card that's not mine

Hi, I am traveling to the states this week and I was planning to get the iPhone 15 plus, I case there is 1 in a store, can I purchase it with my boyfriends credit card? He is not coming to the trip, but he is giving me his card to buy him the iPhone 15 plus, but the credit card has his name, so, can I use the card or not? Thank you!
