Forgot password when I locked my account

If you have already followed those steps, however, then we would recommend that you look into the account recovery process.
Account recovery was designed to help you out in situations where you aren't able to reset your password. If you are able to successfully work through account recovery, you will be able to regain access to your Apple ID.
