My Apple TV won't play video

Can watch Apple TV on den tv but not game room tv. Problem says that I need to check internet connection but other apps using internet work fine.

Try resetting the Apple TV app, then sign in again. Reset the Apple TV app - Apple Support
Else see if Samsung allows the Apple TV+ app to be deleted and re-installed.
Also verify that you have the latest system software for your TV.

If the issue persists after that, then contact the Apple Support staff.

Does that TV with the error message have an Apple TV box connected? If so, which model?
Or does it have the Apple TV app among its smart apps? If so, which model TV?
Or does it have a third party HDMI streaming device connected with the Apple TV app? If so, which model device?

TV has an Apple+ App. It’s a smart TV. TV is a Samsung and we have watched and used Apple+ on it before with no issues.
