Try checking your order status to see if there's any helpful information there: Order Management

To view or edit your Apple Online Store order, visit online Order Status and sign in with your Apple ID and password. With online Order Status you can:

* Check order status

* Track a shipment

* Return defective items

* Replace eligible items

* Edit delivery or billing information

* Print an invoice

Don’t have an Apple ID? Visit the Your Account help page for more details on how to create an Apple ID. You can view and edit your orders without an Apple ID by signing in with your order number, along with the PIN code or email address.
