why can’t i download anything on my phone or update my apps
My phone keeps asking for payment method and won’t let me download apps or update them. i’ve very confused and need help.

Why the Message?:
Have at Least One Method of Payment. Do you have no method of payment assigned to your Apple Account? Note that you need at least one method of payment assigned to it.
