My APP store and my Itunes accts have been disabled, why?

trying to download an app but it says my accts have been disabled.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes -

https://getsupport.apple.com/solutions

In the link choose App Store>Apple ID & iCloud>Your account has been disabled...
