Hi, try checking if there is anything blurry on the camera(including a camera glass/plastic shield that may make the flashlight blur the image out). Other than that you can check the photo information of each photo to see the resolution/HDR/RAW details of the image, if they differ from your original settings, you can check "Settings"(Application) > Camera, and then you can choose all the settings and options for the camera.

That could be due to the system update so the Application parameters are not as compatible, I see many people reporting that snapchat videos became blurry online due to iOS 17. You can submit a feedback to Snapchat Support or wait until the app can be updated to see if the bug is being fixed. This has also happened with iOS 16 with Tik Tok(if you have been using that last year) so it would be fixed probably in a month. As long as your camera can still capture normal photos with Camera App then its not your system's nor your hardware's problem/

Camera Issues After iOS 17 Upgrade:

It's probably no more than a bug in the update.

So, Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

I did the horrible mistake not to read this things about camera issues on iPhone 15 pro , and bought it a week ago traded in my beautiful iPhone 12 which by the way was a million times better at taking clear pictures at least. Now I’m going back to Apple to return this 15 pro worthless for me ( i’m a photographer ) and get back my iPhone 12 pro . Unless if some miracle happens at the store and they can fix this ( highly doubtful anyway ) . Do not buy an iPhone 15 pro if you’re upgrading mainly for camera quality
