Can I get records of detailed messages sent on my child’s phone she deleted

I’ve caught my daughter sneaking around on her phone talking to strangers, etc. and caught her in the act of deleting text messages. Is there some way I can recover or retrieve them to find out what she is hiding? I did try checking deleted messages but she must know that she can delete messages from the “deleted messages” folder. Thank you!

Hello Ambie1111,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. We'd like to share some information with you. According to this resource here: Recover deleted messages on iPhone - Apple Support

It mentions steps on how to recover deleted messages:

1. Open the Messages app  on your iPhone.
2. In the Messages conversation list, do one of the following:
* Tap Edit in the top-left corner, then tap Show Recently Deleted.
* Tap Filters in the top-left corner, then tap Recently Deleted.
5. If you’re in a conversation, tap the Back button to return to the conversation list.
6. Select the conversations whose messages you want to restore, then tap Recover.
7. Tap Recover Messages.

However, if messages have been deleted from the Recently Deleted folder, there is no way to recover them.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Take care.
